Legal definition of woman is based on biological sex, UK supreme court rules

Basically I see a fairly severe tempest in a teacup.
You are a male. You have little to be concerned about.
I, personally, probably have even less. I'm a burly gay male naturist. I couldn't care less about who sees me naked or who I see naked.
Women have a very different issue to deal with, and have their whole lives. Men are dangerous to them in a way that neither sex is to men. From the minor discomfort of being ogled to brutal sexual assaults it's just different for women.
And like it or not, having a penis is proof of being male. Expecting women to get over themselves and their deeply ingrained feelings because a dude wants to use the women's spaces is utterly ridiculous.

I think a lot of concerns have easy remedies, e.g. the terribly complex bathrooms dilemma. We have men's, women's and all gender rooms at our pool. There's never been an issue in the 25 years I've been there* (the all gender rooms were added about 10 years ago). Other situations are probably more complicated, and like you, nudity/exposure isn't a big deal to me. But I still think it's overblown because simple, effective solutions are overlooked in favor of handwringing.

* I saw one guy get kicked out and police called because he exposed himself underwater, according to the guard I queried - nothing to do with whose bathrooms are whose.

I believe that's VERY true. Protecting them from attacks should NOT be rocket science. Ogles might be another matter, since they happen with or without clothing.
