March for women. A message from Conservatives

The agenda is to remove the elected president

This is an example of what is now known as an "alt-fact", something Scientologists use regularly, too.

It only takes 2 or 3 people to lobby by meeting their reps in congress.
It takes one hell of a lot more than "2 or 3 people", but don't worry. We've been doing that too... in record numbers. How do you think the Republicans were thwarted in their attempt to eliminate the Office of Congressional Ethics.

Oh, L Ron wrote the book on how to lie for your own ends and to spread a diseased ideology. Literally, as in writing courses and cult policies specifically laying out how to lie and manipulate people into joining and emptying their pockets. On the surface, the cult PR looks benign and wholesome, and quite appealing to naive but good hearted people wanting to help themselves and others. Hubbard's actual policies, and the activities, goals, and behaviors of the cult demonstrate that the cult is nothing more than a machine that produces right wing authoritarian followers. (Donald is very popular with cult followers, unsurprisingly.)

I've asked Which before if he first became interested in scientology because it's always been his dream to spend his time as an agent of chaos wherever people openly question his cult's activities and aims, but he never answers.

I wonder if Trump has studied Hubbard's YUUUUGE business success. He sure seems to have adopted nearly identical strategies and tactics.
WP is obviously only trying to promote the Russian agenda; creating and promoting domestic strife, rather than overtly supporting Don the Con - and seeing a tiny bit of success right here. I wonder how his reviews are going with his bosses.

I doubt it. He probably doesn't know shit about Hubbard or the cult. Right wing authoritarian mentality is a matter of cognitive traits and behaviors in response to a fearful worldview. Certain beliefs and ideological elements will appeal to this person and reinforce the fear-based view, and the beliefs in turn reinforce the behavior patterns. It's almost brilliant what this cycle of fear and boogie monsters can do to diminish empathy, curiosity, and openness while strengthening traits related to conformity, us vs. them, tribal mentality, and all the shit that comes with that including hate and violence.

So yeah, essentially the same animal.

It is per the American system which no one has bothered to change. So he won the election the American way. Instead of bleating like wet sheeple and trying to stage a coup and hurl lawsuits the mobs should lobby and campaign in a civilized manner.
The march was civilized. People are lobbying. I realize you are not in the USA but that does not excuse your persistent willful ignorance of the facts and persistent promotion of obvious mischaracterizations.

Superdwarf David Miscavige excuses whichphilosophy.

I think you do not understand American history or American politics very well. Or law. Or what the marches were about. Or people. Putin must be very disappointed.

As I said protests are a right.
Thanks for the civics lesson but I think we Americans are all pretty clear on our rights.

The agenda is to remove the elected president

Hey, that may be your agenda or your buddy, Putin's agenda, but it wasn't the agenda of those at the march.

but banning marches would be worse and another threat against the democratic system. I've already prescribed remedies to deal with these issues. As I mentioned there are handful of relevant concerns (Right to choose, healthcare, education and benefits).

I'm not sure who you think you are to prescribe anything. Again, I'm an American. I am pretty familiar with my Constitutional rights.

It only takes 2 or 3 people to lobby by meeting their reps in congress. Bleating to the press is not lobbying in that sense. Of course they are entitled to do that also.

I can't tell if you are really that naive, think we are that dumb or are just so ill informed that you don't really know anything about the actions being taken. Or think that we do not.

From a conservative friend on Facebook today

Something a friend posted today: I found a lot of truth in this, for me...
"I am not a "disgrace to women" because I don't support the women's march. I do not feel I am a "second class citizen" because I am a woman. I do not feel my voice is "not heard" because I am a woman. I do not feel I am not provided opportunities in this life or in America because I am a woman. I do not feel that I "don't have control of my body or choices" because I am a woman. I do not feel like I am " not respected or undermined" because I am a woman.
I AM a woman.
I can make my own choices.
I can speak and be heard.
I can VOTE.
I can work if I want.
I control my body.
I can defend myself.
I can defend my family.
There is nothing stopping me to do anything in this world but MYSELF.
I do not blame my circumstances or problems on anything other than my own choices or even that sometimes in life, we don't always get what we want. I take responsibility for myself.
I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a friend. I am not held back in life but only by the walls I choose to not go over which is a personal choice.
Quit blaming.
Take responsibility.
If you want to speak, do so. But do not expect for me, a woman, to take you seriously wearing a pink va-jay-jay hat on your head and screaming profanities and bashing men.
If you have beliefs, and speak to me in a kind matter, I will listen. But do not expect for me to change my beliefs to suit yours. Respect goes both ways.
If you want to impress me, especially in regards to women, then speak on the real injustices and tragedies that affect women in foreign countries that do not have the opportunity or means to have their voices heard.
Saudi Arabia, women can't drive, no rights and must always be covered.
China and India, infanticide of baby girls.
Afghanistan, unequal education rights.
Democratic Republic of Congo, where rapes are brutal and women are left to die, or HIV infected and left to care for children alone.
Mali, where women can not escape the torture of genital mutilation.
Pakistan, in tribal areas where women are gang raped to pay for men's crime.
Guatemala, the impoverished female underclass of Guatemala faces domestic violence, rape and the second-highest rate of HIV/AIDS after sub-Saharan Africa. An epidemic of gruesome unsolved murders has left hundreds of women dead, some of their bodies left with hate messages.
And that's just a few examples.
So when women get together in AMERICA and whine they don't have equal rights and they're marching in their clean clothes after eating a hearty breakfast, I have to shake my head. If you want to protest, and as long as it's peaceful have at it; I will not be there."

Thoughts?

I think that is a definite possibility, but how do you know?

The Facebook post has made an excellent observation. Much more eloquent than the potty mouth 80s has been Madonna.

"Potty mouth." You right wingers are so quaint in euphemizing your infantile hang ups.

Millions of people losing healthcare is fine. Legislating religious discrimination and hate is fine. Stripping rights and lying as political platform are fine. BUT PLS DON'T SAY TEH EFFFFFWEERRRRRRD!!!!

Don't Let's Be Beastly to the Snowflakes!
When their victory has clearly been won.
It was just those nasty Alt-right who persuaded them to fight
And their bivolation and legislation are really far worse than their bite
Let's be meek to them
And turn the other cheek to them
And try to bring out their running from a fight.
Let's give them full air parity
And treat the cucks with charity,
But don't let's be beastly to the Alt-right.

Of course you yawn at suffering of millions while complaining about the word fuck. That is right wing authoritarian mentality in a nutshell.
