Why can't Vance not be weird?

The best description I've heard about this interaction was JD Vance is basically a Bethesda NPC.

Specifically the one wearing armor, but not like, unique armor... Just high end for the current arc, signalling that not only is this an NPC, but that there's an awkward conflict coming in the near future.

At least in the space world it is possible to give more than 100%. The thing is when something is built that defines 100%--if you increase it's capacity later you don't change that "100%" definition. I have no idea to what extent that applies to other engineering disciplines.

Well, the Brits come to Washington's house because he is posting nonsense and his family is worried. Washington reacts to all this by shooting his dick off. Then he pulls out his gun and shoots the police because... the police were British and it was okay... to shoot them? Then there were fireworks and s'mores. Washington finishes off the day going back inside and AI'ing more ridiculous Trump cartoons because he has nothing viable to offer the nation.
