I honestly wish I knew a process to get images like this out of a local model. This is great!

The biggest issue for me is that getting specific people out of a local model tends to require training a LoRA on pictures of that person to derive a cluster concept and minutae.

Large, closed cloud service models can usually do it with a photograph or two and a conversation, but that's because they work in a fundamentally different way than most local diffusion models, and I tend to strongly prefer diffusion models specifically. Local diffusion models can't be "taken away" and are 100% under user control, so you can use them as long as you like.

I might browse CivitAI to see if I can find some specific political figure LoRA models, though.
