Wall Street is not a foreign government. Nor is connected to a foreign government. Turkey is. When one has such entanglements which require registering as an agent involved with a foreign government, which is the law, and one does not bother with that legal little detail, one becomes a crook. It looks like the Trump team is full of corrupt scum working with foreign governments who were not forthcoming about their activities.
