All of that was before Manafort joined the Trump campaign. Again, nothing to do with Trump. And Manafort's lobbying for Yanukovych was no secret when the Trump campaign took him on board.

So, it's a good for Trump that he knew about Manafort's corruption before he hired him? Congratulations! You have unlocked a new level in hackery for your Divine God Emperor, Peace Be Upon his Holy Orangeness.

Yes, it's called "transparency". That's why they disclosed all their meetings with Russian oligarchs and intelligence agents back before the election. Also why we already know about the hundred or so offshore bank accounts held by companies owned by Cheato and his senior staff and cabinet members. Also why Cheato told everyone that Flynn was a Russian spy before he appointed him National Security Advisor. Right, Trausti?

That's a mighty tasty nothingburger, eh?

Drain the swamp?! He ended up staffing his cabinet with nothing but beavers.

I wonder if the orange twatwaffle is jealous of the attention other stories are getting over him.

Absolutely no communication with the Russians whatsoever. Except Jr talked directly to a major Russian law firm that were involved in a major money laundering case... oh and he talked directly with Julian Assange. And Page and Papadopolous... and Sessions if he ever remembers.

But nothing else...

...until the next thing.

I have this vision of Robert Mueller with his elbows on the desk, head in hands, massaging his forehead thinking "dear god, why me".

Don't forget the emails. He even published the damn things himself.

In the latest of the 'nothing to see here' investigation, Michael Flynn has been charged with a single count of making a false statement to the FBI.

article said:
Special counsel Robert Mueller has charged former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn with "willfully and knowingly" making "false, fictitious and fraudulent statements" to the FBI regarding conversations with Russia's ambassador.

He is due to appear in court later Friday morning, a court spokesperson said. The White House declined to immediately comment.

Flynn is the first Trump administration official and the fourth connected to the campaign to be charged as part of Mueller's investigation into possible collusion between the Russian government and members of Trump's team, as well as potential obstruction of justice and financial crimes.

Flynn must be cooperating. Gonna get interesting...
Flynn is to plead guilty. which definitely falls under the it is going to get 'interesting' category.

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn is to plead guilty Friday to making false statements to the FBI, becoming the fourth person charged in a wide-ranging investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller and his team of prosecutors.

Court documents show Flynn, an early and vocal supporter on the campaign trail of President Donald Trump, will admit to lying to the FBI about his conversations during the transition period with Russia's ambassador to the United States.
At what point does Trump start firing Deputy Attorneys General?
