Looks like a different building, trees looks different too.
Does not explain the fact that "rocket" is missing on 3 consecutive frames.
Please explain that.
Unfortunately, video of "explosion" cuts off before we can see immediate aftereffect of it. Original video shows it different video from dash camera and it is definitely different place.
So, rocket/mine is missing in 3 frames and after that you need to prove it was a russian rocket and no a ukrainian one.

OK, I looked at that new video after the explosion, same building, damage appears to be real.
I suspect the rocket/mine got somewhat deep into the ground before exploding, that could have protected these cars. But still 3 frames with missing rocket.
I concede that explosion was real (not a fireworks). But rocket was added later to the video. Who launched it is still unknown. But Russians don't usually launch single rockets.
That would not have happened if they had full video originally to assess the immediate damage. It cuts too short.
Now, as I said, explosion is real, no more questions about it.
So we have a single and obviously deliberate attack on main building in the city.
What would be the point of that from a russian military perspective?

Missile being absent in some frames could be an artifact from the display, camera, or video compression.
Also we don't know if there were more strikes in the same place. There is actually reason to think there were: In the aftermath pictures it seems the top of the building is also damaged, and there was apparently a fire there. If more missiles struck the other parts of the building that would explain the extensive damage inside and on the other side of the building.

No, it can't happen. I thought about LCD screen being filmed. But that can't happen either. LCD image does not flicker. Compression does not miss such large objects without even trace of it, it simply impossible. There is clearly high quality never changing image of the building behind invisible rocket.
No, looks like a single shot to me, left side has trees left.

And another thing, what would you have done if you wanted to do provocation?
You obviously can't plant a bomb into a paved road. On a roof? still hard to do and it would still be hard to make look it natural. and camera does not really point into sky.
Inside the building is even harder to make it like a hit.

Update on nuclear plant. According to official russian news. Imbeciles attacked non-essential training facility on that plant, it caught fire. Now it's under control. Attack did not affect operation of the plant.

Ukrainian Army strikes .......... ukrainian nazi, specifically national batalion named "Azov". Reason is their complete refusal to obey command and actually attacking ukrainian army.
Of course it should be taken with a grain of salt but If true, then Ukrainian army is probably joining Russian army pretty soon, or not, who knows.

This is prior incident in which nazis killed Ukrainan Army general, reportedly by mistake. At least that's what it said. And that led to Ukrainian Army striking their base with tactical rocket. This is chaos.

From a Russian soldier. Seriously. Their military sucks. Can’t even defeat a small neighbor. Poor logistics. Poorly trained and definitely not motivated to fight and die for Puti. I thought they‘d be more motivated like the German Wehrmacht. This war has proven them to be a paper tiger. They can’t do shit, but pound Ukraine with missiles and artillery. And I suspect that they will have problems with that before long.
As Lindsey Graham said, where is the Russian COL Stauffenberg? I bet he’s out there, waiting in the wings. Maybe the guy in charge of this soldier.

Does barbos seriously think that people are buying much of anything he says? It's certainly interesting to see how he responds to events as they unfold (when he responds at all), but so much of it is obviously speculative invention designed to attack the sources of information more than to actually correct the record with counterevidence. It's fairly easy for anyone in the West with a desire to get the Russian side to find it online, but it is a lot harder for Russians to get access to western sources, especially with all of the crackdowns on information freedom that are taking place inside Russia.
