The Marjorie Taylor Greene case

They're fighting over who gets to impeach Biden more.

Needs a jello pit.
Fuck that. Bring out the Thunderdome.

Two Skanks enter!

Lock the fucking door!

So unprofessional. It looks like a cat fight. Especially when they know it will go nowhere. Its just a cattle call for donations.

Reminds me of a fight that broke out in our middle school between two eighth grade girls in the cafeteria. I talked with the teacher who broke up the fight. She told me that it started with a quarrel over which girl was the biggest whore in the school. Lauren and Marjorie, I'm impartial -- you deserve to share the title.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) posted a bizarre thread Sunday morning, in which she insinuated that she is being spied on via her television. “Last night in my DC residence, the television turned on by itself and the screen showed someone’s laptop trying to connect to the TV,” the congresswoman wrote before an even stranger diatribe asserting that she was not unhinged or mentally disturbed. “Just for the record: I’m very happy. I’m also very healthy and eat well and exercise a lot. I don’t smoke and never have. I don’t take any medications. I am not vaccinated. So I’m not concerned about blood clots, heart conditions, strokes, or anything else. Nor do I have anything to hide.” She finished the thread by linking to a news story about the ways hackers can access people’s smart TVs.

Not getting vaccinated can result in a covid 19 infection. A mild infection may not send you to a hospital, but can cause long covid sysptoms including causing cognitive disfunctions. Maybe this explains a lot about MTG.

I think this is something of a stopped-clock case. Unfortunately, some "smart" TV makers have been too enthusiastic with setup routines and can turn stalkerish in their quest for a device to pair with. Of course, she would be too stupid to recognize what was actually going on.

I suppose that reporters and paparazzi would love to spy on her through her TV, if they could. She probably gets off on imagining it, because it makes her seem more the center of the universe than if nobody really cared what she did in the privacy of her hotel room. Personally, I'd rather not know.

Last night in my DC residence, the television turned on by itself and the screen showed someone’s laptop trying to connect to the TV.

Just for the record:

I’m very happy.
I’m also very healthy and eat well and exercise a lot. I don’t smoke and never have. I don’t take any medications. I am not vaccinated. So I’m not concerned about blood clots, heart conditions, strokes, or anything else.

Nor do I have anything to hide.

I just love my country and the people and know how much they’ve been screwed over by the corrupt people in our government and I’m not willing to be quiet about it, or willing to go along with it.

Not vaccinated? Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she hasn't gotten Covid-19 vaccine | CNN Politics
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has publicly cast doubt on and spread misinformation about the efficacy of Covid-19 vaccines, revealed Tuesday that she has not been inoculated against the virus, answering a question she has dodged for months.

“I haven’t been making it public, but I started making it public because it’s such an issue. I’m not vaccinated,” the Georgia Republican said during a phone town hall.

She continued: “I believe it’s up to every single American to make that choice on their own, and the government has no business to tell Americans that they should take the Covid vaccine or not.”

MTG not hardline enough?

House Freedom Caucus faces an internal purge push - POLITICO - "At least two hardliners have discussed trying to boot members who no longer meet the group’s standards, according to three Republicans with knowledge of the talks."
While the members suggesting a purge did not specify the people they want to remove, they are signaling that one target of any ejection push is Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.). Some in the Freedom Caucus have focused on Greene, who’s become a close ally of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, to illustrate their fears that certain group members are too aligned with GOP leaders and too outwardly critical of the group when it splits on certain issues.
They are also talking about purging members who are not active enough.

Freedom Caucus takes key vote on Marjorie Taylor Greene’s future - POLITICO - "It’s not yet clear whether the conservative group will formally eject her, but people familiar with the matter pointed to a consensus against her."
While her formal status in the conservative group remains in limbo, the 8 a.m. Friday vote — which sources said ended with a consensus against her — points to, at least, continued strong anti-Greene sentiment.

...
The uncertainty that now shrouds Greene’s status is partly due to the tightly held bylaws that govern official Freedom Caucus decisions. Even before the Greene vote, members questioned whether the group’s rule that 80 percent of the Freedom Caucus must support any formal decision applies to all matters — or just legislation.

As to MTG going unvaccinated, she is playing Russian roulette with her health. Someone like-minded was not so lucky.

Also, I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but everything tastes and smells weird these days when you go out.

I used to love going out to eat. Now I can barely even eat a full meal because nothing tastes good to me anymore. Seems like a waste of time and money to even go out and eat at places I once enjoyed. The quality of life seems worse in America than it was several years ago.

People have become very strange to the point where I find zero value in going outside to meet new people. It’s almost more of a risk than a benefit.

The world has changed for the worse these last 3 years. There’s something very off about the energy outside.
Long COVID? Or something else?

Alpha female calls out a lesser female member of the pack.
Lol! shouldn’t that be in “all things cats”?
no--they belong in a kennel

and now her fajitas all taste bad

Marjorie Taylor Greene is no longer a member of the Freedom Caucus after a vote last month, according to one member of the conservative group’s board.

Andy Harris called the vote — the first time HFC has formally booted a member — an “appropriate action.”
Buh bye...
