Two Washington Post reporters witnessed Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) exit the House chamber late Wednesday afternoon ahead of Greene (Ga.), who shouted “Hey Alexandria” twice in an effort to get her attention. When Ocasio-Cortez did not stop walking, Greene picked up her pace and began shouting at her and asking why she supports antifa, a loosely knit group of far-left activists, and Black Lives Matter, falsely labeling them “terrorist” groups. Greene also shouted that Ocasio-Cortez was failing to defend her “radical socialist” beliefs by declining to publicly debate the freshman from Georgia.

While I utterly despise Trump, I think too many people underestimate him or what he is capable of doing. Hitler was also incompetent. But he launched the world into a war that probably cost the lives of over 30 million people. He was capable at establishing a dictatorship and the destruction of Germany’s freedoms. He never won a majority either. He was quite capable at all sorts of evil deeds. Trump is too. He may have lost the election, but it was waaay too close. He won states that were supposedly swing states handily, like Florida and Ohio, both big electoral vote states. The only reason he lost was because of COVID. Otherwise he would have handily defeated Biden.

And people keep counting him out for 2024. Bullshit. He owns the GOP. No one in their right mind will challenge him. They will be easily squashed. And the economy will not likely keep running smoothly for four more years. And so he likely will be back. People are naively counting him out, along with the MTG’s and LOB’s of the world. Mark my words, they are the future of the party. And they will not drag it down unless they gain power and utterly destroy themselves - just like Germany had to be destroyed in order to destroy fascism. There will be no epiphany amongst conservatives and a wholesale abandonment of these fucktards. And they do not need a majority to fundamentally take over and destroy our Republic.

All this talk about how nuts these people are just smacks of German dismissals of the Nazis in the years before they took power. It also reminds me of the 76 Republican primary. People were shocked that Reagan could be taken seriously; he was way too conservative and would destroy the Republican Party. 4 years later he owned it and won. And in doing so fundamentally dragged the party and the country to the right. We have never recovered. Don’t think it can’t happen again, because FFvCis supposedly incompetent. She claimed that AOC supported BLM and Antifa "terrorists", and she claimed that bringing in the Ethics Committee is a childish sort of response. She also claimed that she was under threat on Jan. 6, just like everybody else.
