No such thing. Obviously that card is bogus, but it's more than that. ADA requires accommodation - if a store has curbside pick up or online capabilities (and what store doesn't?) then they have accommodated. Also, they can simply tell them to wear a face shield in lieu of a mask. Or offer to go get whatever it is they need. What they DON'T have to do is let them in.
2nd - the phone number on that "card" is for people that wish to review/enter a complaint THAT CANNOT DO SO ONLINE OR BY MAIL. It is the 'accommodation' so to speak for someone with specific disabilities. In other words, not for someone with claustrophobia or asthma or whatever excuse they are using for not wearing a mask. Lastly the DOJ doesn't even have a division called "ADA Violation".
This kind of shit really makes me angry. Just wear a fucking mask (or a shield if you absolutely can't wear a mask) or stay home.

My MIL works in a library and they are about to open up. They are authorized to throw someone out who isn't wearing a mask. I suggested it'd just be easier to tell them to put on a mask (they are needed for even gaining entrance) and if they refuse, spray them with a can of fart spray.

One of my nephews has tested positive. His wife and one year old are ok so far. They had just commented last week on how the further south they went the fewer masks they saw.

It's a video clip of real anti-mask people making speeches interspersed with reactions from "Parks and Recreations". One woman says wearing a mask is bondage and sex slavery, for example.

Lost a colleague yesterday. Not someone I knew well, but he was a good guy, well-respected and admired around the campus. Media services. Started the campus radio program and ran it for decades until the recession took it down. Started a little history museum after that folded.

Sounds like a good response too! They show you that card, you show them the Queen of spades. If they say that'll just help them 'shoot the moon', then tell them you still have a two of hearts. At that point, neither side is feeling good about where things are going. Then you pick up the phone, call security and tell them the person was caught trying to steal jewelry.

It appears to be a person throwing a fit over being told to wear a mask, though, they are tossing stuff out of their grocery cart at the register. So they already spent time at the store without a mask. It is hard to hear what she is saying other than not giving a fuck.
Granted, the other issue is that she has a full cart and is in the Express Lane.
So in the end, who the heck knows.
