But there is at least a point where a few of them can't take it anymore. This revelation is a marking point for a few of his supporters.
However, Trump's supporters aren't enough to win the election. He needs his supporters plus at least five or six percent more of the country. This is devastating to that. He can't grow his numbers into that segment of society with stuff like this dominating the headlines.

He can't lose women by 20+ pts and win the election. I can see this causing a larger loss than that. And it is devestating.

Also, the Dems are tying the down ballot candidates to him. They're starting to make very good points that there's nothing in this tape that everyone didn't already know about the man, so why haven't the GOP candidates disavowed him before this or are only ambivalent about doing it now?

With the General Election seemingly in hard... err... again... this is definitely the next push. Happened with Mark Foley in '06, and he was a House Rep. Trump is atop the ticket. The GOP is SOL.

Yeah, for HRC's sake I hope the Republicans don't find a way to replace him with someone else. Even if they couldn't get him off the ballot the replacement would get those votes that were for him. It would just be like Punch Foley for Negron from 2006.



Those states carried by Trump, just his name with another candidate, would simply give their Electoral Votes to Trump's replacement. Some states have already started early voting.

I also found his phrase "I moved on her like a bitch" to be novel -- I've heard my share of dirty guy talk, but I haven't heard that one. Donald, you little bitch!
 
Poor Mike Pence, he should have vetted Donald Trump before running for president.

What does it say about Trump's followers that they STILL won't come out against him? I'm watching the 'man-on-the-street' interviews today, and these idiots are still defending him then pivoting immediately to "but Hillary is worse because..."

I'm not surprised at all about them at all. If anything I think most of what Trump is saying is actually felt by a subset of the Republican base. I think some of them have a problem with what he said, as it applies to their* women, but are willing to overlook them in favor of other grievances. If it's said or done to women outside their favored groups; I doubt they give a shit.

* women from groups they like or at least sympathize with.
 
Unfortunately its the weekend so we don't get to hear Sean Insanity Or Lush Rimjob bloviating about the Trump meltdown. How are they going to spin this? Almost surely an series of vicious attacks on the Clintons. On something like this, it takes several days for polls to reflect the damage done.

And tomorrow, the Trump/Clinton townhall debate/meeting.

I wonder how Hillary is going to approach this subject at the debate. Does she go full bore or not mention it, letting the rest of the country go full on at Donny? Something in between?
 
She'll probably let the audience who will pose questions do the hit. And take the high road. With the furious reaction to Trump's taped words, she doesn't have to mention it.
 
Melania Trump has just released a statement saying she has forgiven Donald and hopes you will too. I feel bad for the lady having to do this. What can you say?
