He is the President. The Tories in the UK gained a majority of seats with less than 37% of the total vote. However we don't protest wearing silly pink hats. There is a lot of lobbying for proportional representation which has already been adopted in Scotland.

My wife also uses "45", but I think that's too dignified. Some pretty special people are known by a number (e.g. Jackie Robinson's 24).

I prefer "Twitler". I can even shorten it to just "Twit". Brits can call him "Twatler".
