'Violated, Sick, Uncomfortable': 10 Women On Being Sent Unsolicited Dick Pics

Yah, ditto the MAGAbomber. Nobody died in either case, right?
The mail bomber actually caused some trouble. I put looking at unsolicited dick pictures at the same level of grief as all the unsolicited telemarketing that wastes my time answering the phone. I do not ask for any of it nor want any of it. But my life wont end because of it either.

If it's any comfort, I can offer that you won't die because some rumpsucker sent you a non-functioning pipe bomb, either. :p

I think the real issue is why our society is so messed up that people have that sort of reaction to a dick pic.

Dick pics like this simply prove the sender is a dick.
So you would have no problem if someone set you 100s of pictures of vomit, dog turds, or dismembered babies? After all, any one of those just indicates the sender is a creep/sicko. The fact it upsets you is your problem, not the senders.

Do you think that flashers and peeping toms should also be treated as perfectly legal annoyances?

Dick pics are the new flashing. Upskirters and those who put hidden cameras in changing rooms and toilets may be the new peeping toms. Technology is so enabling.

Speaking as a man what sort of evil, twisted fellow gets his jollies sending such pictures, unsolicited, to unsuspecting females?

Presumably, the same sort of person who exposes themselves to strangers in the park.

Uh? What about the dick pics? Why's no one asking why a guy sent dick pics? Instead it's "why was she looking at her phone"?
Well, at least starwater didn't ask what she was wearing.

...baby steps.

No because it's not important to the conversation. The guy wasn't paying any attention to the lecture either. I should have said why weren't they both paying attention? The guy was way out of line.

I don’t think most straight guys would be quite so sanguine if they started receiving dick pics on their phone.

I think most guys would either burst out laughing or rolling their eyes if they started receiving dick pics on their phone. I know a lot of women who would as well.

Uncomfortable? Yeah I can see a few people feeling uncomfortable about it, since they probably wonder why it was sent and if there is any meaning behind the sending of it. But "violated" and "sick"? That's a bit over the top. I feel the same way about actual flashers and streakers if they aren't violent. Believe it or not there was once a religious right protest over Donald Duck not wearing pants. People shouldn't be so fragile and we should help them to toughen up if they are.

Flasher and/or streaker, yes, if they aren't violent. Peeping tom, no. That's an invasion of privacy.

I am sure that if an asshole that sent a woman dick pictures, in return received a large load of Goatse type photos from a anonymous chained proxy, he might get a clue. Ya think?

If I could bring myself to keep the original Goatse on my phone, it would be the perfect response.

:sick-green:

Apparently in America they have a clinic to treat flashers. One of their methods is for women to be employed to completely ignore a man whilst he flashes and/or masturbates.

They'd probably just secure their phone, shrug their shoulders and go on with their day.

I really doubt it. Even so, how does a mans potential reaction have anything to do with this topic?
