After months of investigation and many public accusations of corruption against Mr. Biden and his family, the first report of the premier House G.O.P. inquiry showed no proof of such misconduct.

After four months of investigation, House Republicans who promised to use their new majority to unearth evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden acknowledged on Wednesday that they had yet to uncover incriminating material about him, despite their frequent insinuations that he and his family have been involved in criminal conduct and corruption.
At a much-publicized news conference on Capitol Hill to show the preliminary findings of their premier investigation into Mr. Biden and his family, leading Republicans released financial documents detailing how some of the president’s relatives were paid more than $10 million from foreign sources between 2015 and 2017.

But on Wednesday, the Republicans conceded that they had yet to find evidence of a specific corrupt action Mr. Biden took in office in connection with any of the business deals his son entered into. Instead, their presentation underscored how little headway top G.O.P. lawmakers have made in finding clear evidence of questionable transactions they can tie to Mr. Biden, their chief political rival.

Lots of Republicans get payments from foreign sources, especially Donald Trump, the owner of the Republican Party and the House majority conducting this sham of an investigation. Nothing illegal here, but the point is the innuendo, not any actual evidence of wrongdoing by "Biden family members" other than perhaps just Hunter Biden. It was a hit piece designed to grab some of the news cycle away from Trump's legal exposure as a sex offender.

Cool, but he can be arrested on federal charges while campaigning. In fact, if they have not yet started that investigation into his 2020 campaign ---or this one, they should do so immediately.

To be extremely honest, watching the debate between Clinton and Trump, when he openly invited Russia to investigate Clinton, I thought that was immediately disqualifying from my standpoint and would have if he were my dream candidate. I also found it shocking that he was not immediately investigated --although I see the issues about investigating a candidate for POTUS. And I wondered why Clinton didn't call that out.

I also wondered why, when Trump was wondering the stage behind her, and looming behind her, she didn't ask the moderators if someone could please help Mr. Trump find the men's room as he seemed to need it.

This is very important for the Grand Old Party. Better known as the "Party of Family Values."

In case you'd forgotten, they established their "family values" bona fides in the 1990s when they rebranded to set themselves apart from that sleazy Bill Clinton, who cheated on his wife. Let's repeat that for the people in the back...he cheated on his wife!!!

As we were told repeatedly by the "Party of Family Values," a person who cheated on their spouse was simply not of sufficient moral character to be President of the United States.
