Trent Bridge groundsman Steve Birks: “You can never tell until they play on it, but at the moment I’m quite pleased with it. It’s got a few cracks in it, but unless they crack here they’re not very good so we need them to crack and then they normally play better.

Thanks. I wasn't certain about posting this one. From the first impression it has humor potential, but it is war related, so then there is a bit of somberness.

But went with it anyway, because the potential for wet Wookies in the barracks jokes is just too prized to let go of.
