(There were 17,250 of them last year, compared to six deaths per year by the hands of foreign born terrorists since 9/11.) Japan also has a falling birthrate, a continuing economic downturn and plenty of social rot of its own that they'll happily sweep under the rug.
Also why is the presence of armed police officers in Europe problematic for you but not here in America?
