The US is filled with ignorant Christian fundamentalists.
But with a separation of church and state they are a bother not a death sentence.
To have religious freedom you have to suffer these fundamentalists.
The key is a strong and constantly guarded separation of state from superstition calling itself religion.

If your 'borders' are intended to divide you from the disruptive fundamentalists, you have drawn them in the wrong place.
Indeed, your country fought a war to prevent a border being imposed in a more suitable location for that purpose.
What makes a disruptive fundamentalist from Afghanistan more of a threat to you than a disruptive fundamentalist from Georgia, Texas, or even Maryland?

Really? You see no difference between Afghans, 98% of whom support Sharia, law with Georgians and Texans? Afghans, who have been responsible for things like Pulse Nighclub shooting and bombings in NY and NJ in recent years? Afghans who love to stab and strangle girls and women in Europe? Again. There have been well over 30.000 islamic terrorist attacks throughout the world, just since 9/11. How many xitian fundy terrorist attacks have there been throughout the world in that same time frame?

Every culture you welcome into your nation makes your nation better.
And of course just like in your own population if somebody is accused of a crime you have a trial and possibly a jail sentence.
The criminal nature of a small percentage of humans is well known.

My Jewish ex wife was born in Hungary. Her family had lived in Hungary for hundreds of years. It was a big family. Most of her family were killed in the Holocaust. Some of those who survived stayed and some moved to Israel. Because of Orban anti-semitism is on the rise and now the last members of her family has left Hungary.
It's remarkable that Viktor Orban is more efficient at getting rid of her family than actual Nazis with access to death camps.
