Drunken sailor steals penguin from the zoo. Thinking he can sneak his new friend on to the ship and one day return him to a penguin place, he strips down and dresses the penguin in his uniform. Of course no one goes back to the ship after drinking without stopping off to eat first. So they stop off at Loretta’s for fish and chips.
Do I have to explain the smoking and profanity for you too?
