Mueller investigation

Sure, if there's a crime, but this was just a speculative news story. What crime do you think happened?

It was not speculative. People knew they were lying. Maybe some did not but "experts" certainly knew it was a lie.
Dan Rather lost his job because he aired a lie. So I would like to see people losing their jobs over Alpha Bank story. Problem with Putin and Russia is that they don't really believe in justice/court system. So people on the West who throw shit on the wall know that there is no risk of losing anything. I wish russian government started suing western media for money instead of using propaganda outlets like RT

So, you agree there's no crime then? I doubt there is even grounds for a lawsuit.

No, there are not always grounds. But, again, what crime are you suggesting was committed?

Libel is a civil issue in the US, not criminal. And a government can't sue. Maybe Alfa could, but proving it is difficult.

That's why Putin needs to order people at Alpha Bank to sue. And I am not sure it applies to russian government, In any case government critters can certainly sue. Criminal part could be about DNS data which they claim they got. People should lose their jobs and reputation over this. This is a way of stopping this bullshit in western media.

WHAT was a lie? You keep saying a crime was committed but you can't say what it was.
The whole "It looks suspicions and significant" thing was a lie. No expert would think that. In other words "experts" were lying.

Trump tower server in constant communication with AlphaBank isn't suspicious?
Maybe not to you, but US intelligence would have to be asleep at the wheel not to think that looks fishy.

It's just more fodder for the hysterical ninnies. Snopes

"Not proven"
Did you know that that's not the same thing as "FALSE"?

"What the scientists amassed wasn’t a smoking gun. It’s a suggestive body of evidence that doesn’t absolutely preclude alternative explanations."
...which translates to right-wing fanatics as "more fodder for the hysterical ninnies".

I can accept that you see it that way. Right wing fanatics are into all kinds of fantastic characterizations. Meanwhile, investigation seems warranted, and is probably underway.

People can always file lawsuits, but whether they will go anywhere is another matter.

When the inference from evidence provides for multiple but contradictory conclusions, the evidence proves nothing. Pointing that out makes someone a "right wing fanatic"? Logic is "right wing" to you?

No, accusing anti-Trumpers of being "hysterical ninnies" is ironic. Blowing smoke and saying anything to defend Trump makes one a "right wing fanatic".

I think everyone is jumping the gun on this. Why not wait until the investigation is over and see what it actually uncovers?

Yeah - that.
The problem is that almost every conservative is so on edge, knowing that Trump is a liar, a cheat, and is almost certainly guilty of everything with which he charges others... you almost can't blame them for turning into hysterical snowflakes at every mention of an allegation that remains unproven while being investigated.
(Funny, they don't seem to mind the fact that so many of their ignorant peers still believe in pizzagate, uranium1 stories, a BIN-GOZZY coverup etc.)

I depends what the communication is about.
