Mueller investigation

Today is the 7 month anniversary of Mueller's appointment. Seven months, four people charged, two guilty pleas, and one very nervous President.

And no Russia collusion so far.

Don Jr tried to collude with Russia to try to get Hillary emails and dirt on her. The exact nature of what exactly happened is coming to light over time. You, of course, already know this, but are pretending the whole thing is a nothing burger for political reasons.

So it appears that the Trump camp wants the Mueller investigation to...let me quote this to get it right...

Officials of President Trump's transition team plan to ask Special Counsel Robert Mueller to return "many tens of thousands" of transition emails they contend were unlawfully provided to him.

https://www.axios.com/new-trump-officials-demand-mueller-return-thousands-of-emails-2518147669.html

And this is a delicate matter so I want to be careful with my words but...

How fucking stupid are these people?

Do they think the emails are in a box sitting in Mueller's office, and if they can just get a hold of that box they can go through the documents and cross off incriminating passages with a fucking Sharpie and send them back?

Sucks when someone goes through your inbox, huh. :boohoo:

If they were archived in a .gov account, how are they private or privileged?

Last week, when my IT director was trying to get something sorted out on my computer, he looked at the web traffic of everyone in the office. For a brief moment, he commented on what was open on everone's browser.

I've known about this for years. They can remote into your computer and see in real time what you're doing. Your password? Doesn't count for shit. Admin privileges trump everything.

And I just work for a private company that's not involved in national security. How is it that these idiots don't know they're being watched?

This investigation is fake news. Mueller was hired to look into the firing of Comey who was investigating Flynn and all Mueller has done has charged Flynn with specific charges.

Holy crap! What news outlet do you use?

Damn, you may be right. Can you point me to the story where Trump and the Russians colluded in the 2016 election? Not speculation or guess; but a story citing actual evidence of collusion? And not a story that had to be retracted shortly after it was released. 'Cause after seven months, you'd think Mueller would have an indictment on the subject he was appointed to investigate. FFS.
Which would be a good point, if it weren't for this and this.
Gosh, for some reason, your 'skepticism' seems pretty one sided.

Trausti entirely misses the point of the investigation - fuck trump and his probably criminality. This is about the democratic republic that the greedy moron is trying to destroy. I'd be happy to let the whole corrupt lot of them go free (to Russia) if they would help prevent further Russian interference in US elections. But they're determined to let it happen again, and their co-conspirators in congress are all for it.
First of all, even if we assume that literally everything about Russian "interference" has ever been said were true, that would still make them distant second to Israel and/or ME in general interference or rather influence. In reality of course, you feel awfully underwhelmed when you get updates from Mueller and compare to original media speculation.

Trump is a stupid and corrupt degenerate who run his presidential campaign as he runs his stupid shows and criminal businesses . Putin did not create Trump, it existed before, and democrats were OK with it, in fact they were asking him for campaign donations.

It is odd that Flynn was indicted by Mueller and people are confused why this investigation exists... when it was started due to an investigation into Flynn... oh and Trump admitted clearly to obstructing Justice both to the Russians on video and the globe on Twitter.

Rachel Maddow just said that the Wapo is reporting that members of Muellers team have been told to expect to keep working through much of 2018. So much for a quick disposition to this matter.

Yup. I'm just development but I can remote most machines in the company. In a corporate environment assume your machine can be remoted.

And in ANY environment, stick an opaque object over the web-cam, except when it is in use.

She might be right about that.

The Senate Intelligence Committee is looking at the presidential campaign of the Green Party’s Jill Stein for potential “collusion with the Russians,” a sign that the panel’s probe is far from over, even as allegations swirl that the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation is racing to a close.

Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) told reporters Monday that the Senate Intelligence Committee has “two other campaigns that we’re just starting on,” in addition to the panel’s ongoing probe of alleged ties between the Trump administration and Kremlin officials. One of those he identified as Stein’s; Burr has indicated previously that the committee is also looking into reports that the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign paid for research that went into a dossier detailing allegations of Donald Trump’s 2013 exploits in Moscow.

Be careful what you wish for . . .

You're confusing Mueller's real investigation with the fake congressional investigations.

Also, notice which way Flynn is facing. He clearly can't see Putin sitting there from that angle.

Yeah, the House investigation... the one where the Republican in charge drove it right off of the bridge after exposing damning evidence to the White House...from the White House.

Trausti thinks this is all about Hillary. So she must be under the table getting a secret dossier about Trump from Putin while Flynn looks the other way. The waiter in the background wearing the sunglasses is totally in on it. They are special sunglasses made by Q* that let you take pictures with the lenses. *Agent Q is at the table disguised as Bill Nye's older brother, Bob Nye. Everyone else at the event except Jill Stein is part of the Deep State and are there for their weekly Tuesday meeting with Russia to decide how to frame Trump for things the Democrats did with Russia.
