I was looking at the wikipedia article on the city of Brisbane, where I was astonished to learn that

Major events are often held at the 171km² (66 sq mi) Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in South Brisbane

Holy crap! That's got to be the biggest enclosed space on the planet! I mean, I have been there, and it's quite big; But sixty square miles?

A quick look at the full article for the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre revealed that the space is in fact a mere 171,000m², which is 0.1% of 171km².

171,000m is 171km. But 171,000m² is NOT 171km².
