Ocasio-Cortez responded, "What you're voicing is so legitimate and real. That's why I find this kind of silencing of all dissent to be a form of gaslighting."

She went on to say, "I think it's legitimate to talk about these things. And if we want, if we again want to have integrity, you can't say, you know — both believe women, support all of this, until it inconveniences you, until it inconveniences us."

"A lot of us are survivors, and it's really, really hard and uncomfortable." Not discussing allegations is the "exact opposite of integrity" the congresswoman said, adding that it is "not okay" to prioritize beating Trump over discussing sensitive #MeToo issues like these because they are "very legitimate thing."

"I think a lot of us are just in this moment where it's like, how did we get here? You know, it almost felt like we started this cycle where we had kind of moved on from, you know, from all of this. And now it feels like we're kind of back in it," Ocasio-Cortez said. "And, you know, the most diverse field that we've ever seen — that we're kind of back kind of replaying old movies in a way."

I do notice that he doesn't have his hands on her. Regardless, is the argument that Biden is creepy among women a reason to vote for the guy who jokes about fucking his daughter and bragged about sexually assaulting women because they like that shit?

For a reason that is unknown to me, Trump gets away with it. I think that because he's a TV star, a celebrity, and women tend to like him (which really boggles my mind), he gets away with it. So, rather than defending the women whom Trump molested, talking about the environment, defunding WHO, covid crisis, eroding safety net, women's rights, Dreamers - we're talking about Biden kissing his granddaughter on the lips. Pathetic.

Well, he won the last election by successfully tarring his opponent for poor phone security standards, then immediately commenced using his private Twitter account to do state business via. These guys are immune to reason.
 
The public does not really care about whether a president is sleazy, but people do like to focus on anything that even hits of sex. Trump has certainly broken down all of the the sleaze barriers, so there is no new ground for Joe Biden to break. The contest isn't over which candidate is less sleazy, but which one will do a better job of running the executive branch. One reason for pro-Trumpers to focus on sleaze rather than governance is that they think their candidate has a teflon coating when it comes to sleaziness. That is a subject that they feel comfortable with. If it comes down to which man will do a better job of running the country, then they have a much steeper hill to climb.

On Monday, the Fox News host tweeted a link to an article about Mr Biden kissing his 19-year-old granddaughter Finnegan during an event in Iowa with the headline: “Biden awkwardly kisses granddaughter at campaign stop.”

Hannity also included the hashtag #QuidProJoe, before following up with another tweet in which he asked his followers to take a poll about whether the display of affection was “Creepy or not creepy?”

While the tweet prompted some to side with Hannity, others took the opportunity to point out that Donald Trump also kisses his relatives on the lips, including his adult daughters.

In response to Hannity’s tweet, one person shared a photo of the president leaning in to kiss daughter Ivanka on the lips during an appearance in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Another tweeted: “Do you mean creepy like this?” alongside a photo of a teenage Ivanka sitting on her father’s lap and kissing his cheek.

During an appearance on The View in 2006, Mr Trump was asked how he would feel if Ivanka decided to model for Playboy. He responded: “It would be really disappointing – not really – but it would depend on what’s inside the magazine.

“I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her. Isn’t that terrible? How terrible? Is that terrible?”

So, how come you Trumpers never mention that Trump kisses his daughter on the lips, as well as saying that he would date her if she wasn't his daughter?

Compared to Trump, there is nothing very sleazy about Biden. At least he doesn't fantasize about his granddaughter appearing in Playboy, and he doesn't talk about their figures etc. How dare Trumpers try to make Biden look sleazy when they voted for Trump!

The whole "Biden kisses his granddaughter on the lips, oh creepy" thing doesn't make much sense to me. All my grandparents always kissed me on the lips. So do my aunts, and my mom, and my dad, and my sister. I'm guessing it's regional culture?
