Do people in general lynch other people?
Yes.
Less than they used to do, but still yes. Sometimes.
Mob justice is still a thing. A big thing. And it's obvious in cases like this. The mob trying to lynch Chauvin are just as confident of themselves as the mobs of the past.
I grew up with that shit. It was in the air. I had to work hard to get past it. But now I'm seeing it again.
