The Lex Go Movie

Lex Luthor's plan to destroy Superman is a mobile game where the player captures cartoon animals by shooting green rays at them. The highest points are assigned to the animals that are co-located with Superman's known position. And the green rays aren't exactly Kryptonite, but close enough for television.

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Tomb

At the height of the cold war, a bomber wing commander becomes obsessed with the longevity of the Egyptian Dynasties. He decides that what the world needs now is an heir to the throne of Egypt. Or, with a little sorcery, someone who actually sat on the throne of Egypt.
Peter Sellars plays Achmed, the Egyptian Minister Of Antiquities; Dr. Strangelove, a happless archeologist (whose specialty is stone-age Polynesian jungle islanders, NOT pyramid-building desert imperials); and Aihaddahat, who ruled Upper and Lower Egypt for about 6 days when Ramses was bedridden from unrequited love and maybe spoiled oysters.

Meanwhile, to help pay for the coming bills of childrearing, he's taken gig work as a driver for online food orders. The Italian Job - Just kidding, that's actually the name of the movie I've wasted all this time riffing on.
But pronounce it 'Jobe,' like the Bible character.

The trials and tribulations of Rome-born Job, who just cannot seem to catch a break in his simple efforts to commit the grandest heist in the history of Europe.

So, the mission is done. But it's Mardi Gras, and the per diem for New Orleans is pretty hefty, so they decide to take a week before reporting the death.
