Actually it's from 1969, a Mad Magazine story called "Mad Primer of Bigots, Extremists and Other Loose Ends". There were other entries as well, for example:

What's up with the feathery right hand of the conservative caricatures, I wonder?

People who have exceeded their expiration date don't count. COVID can be safely ignored.

So what you're saying is, with COVID, we can live to age 160.

The average life expectancy for someone who is 160 years old is about -71.

No, it's not. Life expectancy at 160 is about 160 years, with a remaining life expectancy of a tiny fraction above zero. Actuaries are smart enough to work out that someone who is still alive, regardless of their current age, has a life expectancy greater than their current age.

The US Social Security Agency publishes life expectancy tables. From this table we can see that the average American needs to be 108 years old before they have a worse than 50:50 chance of seeing their next birthday.

Nobody is 160 years old and still alive. Odds for any 160 year old body, are that it has been dead for 40-75 years.
If you can find actuarial tables that indicate otherwise, I'd be greatly amused to read them.
